i have problems with authority because of the tasks that require physical labor at work which aren't acknowledged on a personal level in basic team building exercises.

My boss is understanding but being the only parent that can take him to the clinic and it takes up my whole day so I get very behind in my work. That is a bit frustrating because now I am working extra hours where I could have spend it with my baby

I have yet to get I to.much trouble at work when dealing with my son's bleeds.
It's more of having to pick up the father's slack and the lack of family support that seems to be my problem.

Normally at my job my condition is not an issue. I work as a parking lot security guard and make routine rounds acting as a deterrent towards crime.
My employer, always states that we are not to engage in physical contact with someone.
