For us, knowledge is power. Connecting with other chronic illness warriors and getting creative about the best ways to deal with things helps... and we are learning to use humor to help cope. (IV-Humate P is known as "Agent P" (like in Phineas and Ferb) in our house and we find tools to help us do what we want or need to do. <3

I've never had any type of anxiety ever
hmmm?! good question, i just go with my mood, if i can that is., sometimes i just go for spur of the moment measures. what may work one moment might not another, you kinda have to figure out what works for you to do reduce stress. and breathe often thru the hard stuff.
I just try not to get stressed. I know that sounds like worthless advise, however when I am in a stressful situation I concider, what good is getting stressed over this because it will not help things. IAs long as it’s not a life or death decision I have to to let it go. Stressing is not going to change an outcome. JUST LET IT GO!😊
