I try to save my days off work for when I am total exhausted and need to rest
Sleep or relax. Doesn’t matter where I am, if I’m tired, I sit or lay down until I feel better. Also eating many small meals has helped me out wonderfully and b vitamins. Ditching as much sugar from my diet as possible also helps and always staying hydrated.
I try not to over do it. I listen to my body, and I eat as well as I can. I don't put too much pressure on myself and rest when I need it. I oversleep if I need to. It's just the way it is for me. Some days I'm exhausted and others I have tons of energy!

I have an philosophy that allows me to revel in the refinement of practice that medical personnel must incorporate as propriety in the approach to the rapturous witness that medicine instills in its colloquial colleagues.
