Drink plenty of fluids the day before. Fluids will make your veins distend and it will make it easier for the nurse to access the vein. I always take work or puzzles to do during the infusion. If I'm concentrating on something else, I don't focus on the infusion.

Hydrate! use relaxation music for calming while preparing and during Infusion. Try to have a quiet place by asking extra family members to leave the area for 30 minutes.
If you are cold try warm compress to bring vein into visual.
