Interesting question but I don't believe there is any connection between RH factor and hereditary bleeding disorders. Like you, I am O-neg. but that only means we are universal blood donors (like anyone would want my blood! Been HiV positive for more than 40 years, besides having severe Factor VIII deficiency).

I am not certain of my youngest blood type . We do not have hemophilia but we all have Vonwillebrands disease.

My oldest daughter is A-, and my youngest is O+. They both have Delta Granule Storage Pool Disorder. We haven't done any genetics testing yet, but we are trying to get it done. Fighting to get it approved through insurance, and it's been slow going.
