MyHemophiliaTeam Announces New Partnership With the National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF)

Posted on March 7, 2016

MyHemophiliaTeam is excited to announce a new partnership with The National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF) during Bleeding Disorders Awareness Month this March. Building awareness is important, and so is connecting with us who have been in your shoes. MyHemophiliaTeam is a free, password-protected social network that you can access on your phone, tablet or computer. You’ll be able to gain perspective, share tips, get support, ask questions and get answers based on others’ personal experiences, and the daily validation that you’re not alone.

You can read the NHF announcement at: National Hemophilia Foundation.

Before launching MyHemophiliaTeam, we reached out to the leading organizations in the hemophilia community, including members of local bleeding disorder chapters, the National Hemophilia Foundation, the Hemophilia Federation of America and the Coalition for Hemophilia B. These conversations have been honest, critical and informative, as we have worked to establish a safe environment for those in the community. Community outreach doesn’t end with these initial conversations. It’s an ongoing dialogue that we will continue through your feedback on MyHemophiliaTeam.com. We greatly appreciate the initial input we have received from these leaders and the ongoing support and alignment of efforts.

If you belong to one of these great organizations or local chapters, we encourage you to add them to your team on MyHemophilaTeam, and connect with other local members.

New to this group, but we have a great chapter, and I have participated with some other organizations . Still trying to figure out how this group works, but I will get there.
